About Mantra Macarthur

The Mantra Macarthur is a 4-star hotel, operated by Accor, transformed from a former office building into a modern hospitality destination. While the original precast façade elements were retained, the structure was stripped back to its bare shell, allowing for a complete reimagining of the space into a contemporary hotel.

Featuring a sleek industrial design, Mantra Macarthur offers 136 hotel rooms and 40 suites, alongside premium amenities such as a restaurant and bar, a fully equipped gym, conference and meeting spaces, car parking, an internet lounge, and 24-hour reception.

Fit Out Project

PROACT played a key role in the hotel’s transformation, managing the project from inception through planning, delivery, and final handover. PROACT successfully delivered a high-quality, modern hospitality environment by overseeing:

  • Furnishing guest rooms and suites with high-quality loose furniture

  • Installing a commercial kitchen, bars, and dining areas

  • Equipping conference and meeting rooms

  • Designing and outfitting the reception and lobby spaces

  • Delivering functional and efficient back-of-house facilities

Mantra Macarthur Maintenance Services

PROACT provides ongoing maintenance services, ensuring Mantra Macarthur operates at the highest standard, maintaining its modern aesthetic, guest experience, and long-term asset value. We deliver essential services, including:  

  • Regular cleaning and upkeep of common areas

  • External façade maintenance

  • Furniture and fixture upkeep in rooms and public areas

  • HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing system maintenance

  • Safety and security system checks

  • Landscaping and exterior maintenance

The Residences – Midtown Stage 3

About The Residences

The Residences is a 10-storey mixed-use development designed to enhance residential living along the Northbourne corridor while contributing new commercial office and retail spaces to energize the midtown precinct.

The recently completed building features three basement levels of secure parking, ground-floor retail tenancies, and 81 spacious two and three bedroom apartments across 9 upper levels. The development is complemented by landscaped ground-level areas with deep root planting, walking paths, and seating, while the rooftop offers communal entertaining spaces with premium amenities and sweeping city views.

Development Project

PROACT played a key role in the project management and successful delivery of The Residences, overseeing the development from inception through planning, construction, and final handover. PROACT ensured the delivery of a high-quality, modern mixed-use development by managing:

  • Coordination and fit-out of high-end residential apartments with premium fixtures and finishes

  • Delivery of ground-level commercial and retail spaces

  • Integration of secure, three-level basement parking

  • Landscaping of ground-level communal areas, pathways, and seating

  • Construction of a rooftop communal and entertaining area with resident amenities

  • Implementation of efficient back-of-house services and building management systems

The Residences Maintenance Services

PROACT continues to support The Residences through a comprehensive maintenance program, preserving the building’s architectural appeal, operational functionality, and long-term asset value. PROACT delivers essential services, including:

  • Routine cleaning and upkeep of common areas and shared facilities

  • External façade inspection and maintenance

  • Upkeep of residential fixtures and communal amenities

  • Scheduled maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

  • Regular safety and security system checks

  • Landscaping and grounds maintenance, including rooftop and garden areas

Norrebro Multi-Staged Development

About Norrebro

Norrebro is a large-scale residential precinct under staged development. Once complete, it will feature 145 townhouses across 17 blocks and 193 apartments across 4 buildings, totalling 338 dwellings. The development also includes a vibrant mix of commercial and community spaces, including a childcare centre, restaurant, bar/café, health facility, gym, and public amenities. The precinct has been designed to prioritise communal open space, incorporating landscaped areas, seating zones, and play spaces for residents and visitors.

Development Project

PROACT has been engaged as the development manager for all stages of the Norrebro project, ensuring a seamless and high-quality delivery that aligns with community and stakeholder expectations. PROACT is responsible for overseeing planning, design coordination, construction management, compliance, and final project handover. By integrating sustainability, high-quality finishes, and community-focused design, Norrebro represents a benchmark in modern urban living.
